Our pieces are designed in-house and produced with trusted manufacturers in Europe and beyond, with a strong focus on quality materials and a long lifespan.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), as well as Shop Pay, Google Pay and Apple Pay.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We usually process orders within a few hours. Contact us as soon as possible at support@casamontclair.com if you want to make a change. Once an order has shipped we can no longer modify or cancel it.

How can I return or exchange an item?

You can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery, as long as they are unused and in their original condition. Reach out to us and we will arrange your return.

Which countries do you ship to and what are the costs?

We ship worldwide. Shipping is free, with any local duties shown at checkout where they apply.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days and typically arrive within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your location. Every order is fully tracked.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order ships you receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your package. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to update.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Please take clear photos of the product and packaging within 48 hours of delivery and send them with your order number to support@casamontclair.com. We will arrange a suitable solution right away.
