How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days and delivered within 5 to 10 business days, fully tracked. Shipping is free worldwide.
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days after delivery to return any item in its original condition. Contact us and we send you the return instructions.
Are bulbs included?
Most of our lamps include a warm LED bulb or have built-in LED. You can find this per product under Specifications.
Which plug type will I receive?
We ship the plug type that matches your country. For several lamps you can also select the plug type yourself on the product page.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order ships you receive an email with a tracking link. Tracking updates can take up to 48 hours to appear.
Is there a warranty?
