For this private residence in Bath, the goal was clear from the start. Design a kitchen and dining area that felt elegant and natural, and above all, somewhere you'd genuinely enjoy spending your day.
The room had warmth built into it already. Wood cabinetry, soft neutral walls, marble detailing, and the kind of natural light that does half the work for you. Our job was to bring it all together with careful styling, layered textures, and decor pieces that would make the space feel complete without overdoing it.
The dining area was treated as the centre of the home. A long wooden table, woven chairs, soft linen, ceramic tableware, and a few touches of greenery came together to create a setting that feels calm and welcoming, whether you're sitting down for breakfast or hosting friends late into the evening.
In the kitchen, we kept the styling refined and practical. Natural stone, warm wood tones, open shelving, pendant lighting, and a small handful of decorative pieces helped build a space that feels polished and personal at the same time.
The project came back to one simple idea throughout: timeless comfort. Every choice had to feel useful, beautiful, and right at home in the room.
